- Lightweight design suitable for complex sites: The entire machine weighs only 8.5T, combined with a compact size, it is more convenient for transportation and relocation compared to drilling machines of the same level, suitable for mountainous areas, forested areas, and construction sites with poor road conditions.
2. Stable and efficient power and hydraulic systems with sufficient power reserve
- Wuxi Power is reliable and durable: Equipped with Wuxi engines with a rated power of 140kW and a rotational speed of 2000-2200rpm. The power output is stable, with a large market share, and easy access to maintenance parts in the future. It is suitable for complex field conditions.
- High-performance hydraulic system ensures continuous operation:
- Main pump pressure is 32MPa, flow rate is 220L/min, auxiliary pump is 20MPa/110L/min, and the auxiliary pump is 20MPa/50L/min. The three pumps supply oil collaboratively, with fast power response and high operation efficiency;
- It uses air-cooled hydraulic oil cooling, without the need for additional water cooling devices, reducing maintenance points. It can operate stably in water-deficient and low-temperature environments, and has stronger environmental adaptability.
3. Excellent performance of the power head, with dual online drilling efficiency and stability
- Balances high torque and high speed: The plunger motor power head supports automatic speed adjustment. The maximum torque can reach 1550Nm/4200Nm, and the maximum speed is 1300rpm. It can automatically adjust parameters according to the hardness of the stratum, achieving high-speed drilling in soft strata and large-torque rock breaking in hard strata, with strong adaptability.
- Automatic speed adjustment function enhances construction experience: No need for frequent manual adjustments, reducing operational errors, lowering labor intensity, and avoiding drill pipe wear caused by improper parameters, thereby extending the service life of the equipment and drill tools.
4. The hoisting and feeding system is highly functional and easy to operate during construction.
- The auxiliary hoist is highly efficient for assisting operations: The steel wire rope capacity is 1400m, the empty line drum lifting speed can reach 183m/min, the full-line drum 600m/min. Combined with a lifting tension of 9.22KN / 2.85KN, it can efficiently complete the auxiliary hoisting and lowering of drill pipes, enhancing the construction rhythm.
- Strong feeding and lifting capabilities, suitable for complex strata: The feeding force is 79kN, the lifting force is 127kN. The drilling angle can be adjusted from 45 to 90 degrees, capable of handling vertical deep-hole drilling as well as inclined-hole exploration. The feeding speed supports variable control, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the geological resistance to prevent stuck drill accidents.
- Compatible with multiple specifications of drill pipes: Supports multiple specifications of drill pipe lengths. Can be flexibly selected according to construction requirements, enhancing the flexibility of the operation.
5. Performance Adaptation of Mud Pump to Ensure Continuous Drilling
Equipped with a three-cylinder piston high-pressure mud pump, with a maximum flow rate of 180L/min and a maximum pressure of 8MPa, it can stably output flushing fluid, efficiently complete the discharge of debris at the bottom of the hole, cool the drill bit, and protect the wall of the hole, reducing the risk of hole wall collapse and ensuring the continuity of deep hole drilling.
6. Process and Intelligent Configuration, Balancing Durability and Maintenance Convenience
- Anti-corrosion process enhances the overall machine lifespan: The use of integrated electroplating + KTL powder coating technology offers stronger anti-corrosion capabilities compared to ordinary painting. It can withstand humid and corrosive outdoor environments, reducing equipment rust and extending the overall machine lifespan.
- Standardized modular design, convenient maintenance: The assembly adopts standardized and modular design, making fault detection and component replacement more efficient, reducing downtime for maintenance, and improving equipment availability.
- Optional intelligent system: Supports the selection of ICAS remote intelligent management and operation analysis system, which can remotely monitor the equipment operation status and analyze operation data, achieving refined management of the equipment; optional generators can be selected to solve the problem of power supply in the field, making the operation scenarios more flexible.
